Even since the dawn of time, gaming and logical thinking had always been running side by side with each other when it comes to Brain Teaser casual games and the only main drawback is that casual games are perceived to be too repetitive, simple and non-original. But when some IQ games collection like The Amazing Brain Train game coming from Grubby Games pop up, you can never discount the fact that you can have so much fun coming from a simple game. And hopefully get to test your intelligence too against its 15 different brain games ranging on 5 unique categories.

In The Amazing Brain Train, you play as Professor Fizzlewizzle riding his invention, the Brain Train. Running along the tracks surrounding animal land, you get to speak with animals and perform specific tasks for them, mostly involving you to travel from one place to another. And how do you do that with the Brain Train, you say? Well, by fueling it with brain power of course! And what better way to fuel a train with brain power than by solving logic puzzles.

Basically, The Amazing Brain Train game pits you to solve a random puzzle game within a specific time whenever the Brain Train runs out of fuel. Every successful run on a puzzle game gives you a set number of kilometers on your train’s mileage and enables your train to carry on its way. Just try to attain a high score for each puzzle game for you to reach an intended destination faster and with lesser number of turns.

It’s really a no-brainer to say that The Amazing Brain Train game packs quite a challenging game play on the later parts of each puzzle. The graphics are exceptionally good too, just what you would expect from the guys at Grubby Games. And frankly, the collection of games are very much fun to play, just don’t expect something hardcore because these simple games have the average casual player in mind and are not intended for most teenage gamers.

All in all, The Amazing Brain Train aims to simply provide an exercise to the mind, and not something that features great storylines and awesome visuals. However, this game collection is definitely much fun to play, and that’s enough for me to give it a thumbs up on this review.
