Bubble Tanks 2
Online Games August 9th, 2008
The sequel to the much-loved bubble-themed flash game, Bubble Tanks, surfaced last week on Armor Games and was warmly welcomed by the fans of the series. The Bubble Tanks 2 game from Hero Interactive features the same fun and addictive gameplay like its predecessor but also sets the bar in flash gaming higher by putting in some additional features that will get you popping up those silly bubbles like some madman on steroids.
Just like the previous game, your role in Bubble Tanks 2 is to travel from bubble container to the next bubble container while blasting enemies along the way. Well yes, you are made of bubbles too, your enemies are made of bubbles and I bet all those red bullets flying around are definitely made of bubbles. In short, for those new to the genre, this game is just filled with bubbly fun and well, you just tell me if you know anything that’s more fun than popping bubbles.
Anyway, with the help of the mouse, you just aim and shoot at all moving ships which is not your own. Destroying enemies will disintegrate them into tiny bubbles which you can add then to your own ship. But do keep in mind that many of them enemies shoot back, which in turn, will lose you some of your acquired bubbles.
But what’s really new in Bubble Tanks 2 is how you choose to upgrade your bubble ship. After absorbing a set amount of tiny bubbles, your ship levels up and you are given choices on whether to focus on firepower, speed or a balance of the two. On later upgrades, you get to learn special abilities too, and the final upgrade will give you some uber weapon of mass destruction depending on your choice.
All in all, after sticking to the tried and tested formula, and adding up some new features that doesn’t hinder the original gameplay, Bubble Tanks 2 is really one solid game. In fact, there’s even the arena mode for practice, but you also have to unlock the ships from the story mode for more awesome simulation.

You shouldn’t have given the link to the game. It’ll cost all employers 3-4 hours of working time (per person). The game really doesn’t let you stop, unless you feel that you aren’t making any progress.
