02-21-2008 Casual Gaming Weekday
Action & Arcade Games, Adventure Games, Brain Teaser Games, Brick Buster Games, Kids Games, Marble Popper Games, Match 3 Games, Puzzle Games, Time Management Games, Word Games February 21st, 2008Yesterday, when I talked about reviewing more online flash games on this blog, I actually thought that was impossible if our sponsors will continuously release very good casual games everyday. Brainstorming for ideas, I initially thought that we needed a new linkfest aside from our weekly Online Gaming Weekend, but doing another online gaming linkfest will definitely make the weekend idea very redundant. So, I guess we’ll just have to resort to a better solution.
Introducing The Casual Gaming Weekday
The Casual Gaming Weekdays will definitely solve many of our blog problems. And to show you how, let me enumerate some of the problems it will resolve:
- This opens up quite a slot for us to review and introduce you guys for more and more online flash games. This means that in a week, we will have 2 days assigned for linkfests and then 5 days will be allotted for online flash game reviews.
- Reviewing online flash games can be a real time saver. There will be little or no downloading involved and I can definitely take advantage of the extra time to polish my writing.
- My readers love online games better. I just don’t know if they just visit this blog from time to time just to check if I introduced another online game.
Of course, there will be many disadvantages also, especially when it comes to the monetization part. Honestly, I’m having second thoughts about this because this move will definitely lower down the affiliate commissions I earn from our sponsors. But well, I really wanted to do what I enjoy most, and a gut feeling of mine tells me that I’m doing the right thing. Readers first, the money can follow later, right?
So, will you like this move too? I hope you will.
Anyways, it’s already high time to get linking, so let’s get started.
Totem Quest - Get ready for an epic puzzle adventure with many places to visit, numerous puzzles to solve, mystical events to see and centuries-old secrets to unveil. Ice Cream Craze - When Jan`s parents decided to retire, she always assumed she would be next in line to run the family ice cream shop. Little did she know that the beloved shop had fallen on hard times, and to make matters worse, her parents had decided to cut their losses and sell the business. Help Jan keep the ice cream shop in the family as you create desserts, serve customers and purchase upgrades along the way.
I have to say though that purchasing some of these games can really help fund the blog. However, it is never compulsory to do so.
Have a great weekday!
